and a 20 x 24 portrait. We use a masterful combination of digital photography,
color as well as black and white, and composite images for your finished album.
A pre-bridal portrait session and color engagement session are also included,
along with four extra 5 x 7's to announce your engagement. You will receive your
own CD of images from you wedding, perfect for e-mailing to your friends and
guests. Two custom Parent Albums with 36- 3.5 x 5's are also part of this

our lowest priced combination album includes 5 hours of wedding day coverage

finished album. This package offers a 15 pose engagement session, as well as
four extra 5 x 7's to announce your engagement. All the originals taken at your

Love Story Collection- Approximately 300- originals* in a double sided preview
album. This is the top of the line package in value and quality of originals
offered, and includes up to 4 hours of wedding day coverage and all the
originals taken. A 15 pose color studio engagement session is included, as well

Wedding Dream Collection- Approximately 100- originals* in a preview album. This
package includes up to 3 hours of wedding day coverage beginning as early as 1/2
hour before the ceremony and running into the reception. This package is ideal
for the smaller wedding where limited reception coverage is desired.

The Elite Collection- This collection is designed specifically for the smaller
wedding where limited coverage is desired, perhaps only at the church, home or
the reception hall. Two hours photography time is included as well as 100
originals* in an economy album. Due to our very busy schedule we only book this
wedding collection on non-Saturday, non-holidays or with less than 2 months
before your wedding date.

***NEW Digital Image Wedding***
Our digital wedding package includes all digital images taken on wedding day, ceremony and reception on CD ROMs, with 5 hours of photography time. We generally average over 1000 images taken at a wedding and they all will be yours. These Images are high resolution images and can easily be printed 11x14 or larger with great image quality. We can print your images for you at our re order prices or you can print them yourself. Extra time can be purchased if needed.

Bridal Portraits
Why not choose to have a beautiful bridal portrait made to capture that very
special moment in your life? Portraits are taken using special lighting
techniques and a studio background, or at a location, such as the beach or a
park. The bridal portrait session for any bride using Photography for Lloydlee
Heite for her wedding day coverage is $125.00 for a 30 pose selection. For any
bride who has made other arrangements for her wedding day coverage, the price is
$155.00 for a 30 pose selection. Your finished bridal portrait is made in
beautiful color, carefully composed, and retouched. For your convenience, bridal
portraits can include either a pre-bridal sitting, engagement sitting, gown
fitting session or gift for the groom sitting. Portraits must be taken at least
8 weeks prior to your wedding to be displayed on your wedding day, however, a
rush service is available at a much higher cost to you. Prices include art board
mounting, and either gloss or matte finish.

Extensive retouching, such as glass glare, harsh lines, wrinkles, excessive
blemishes, and shining faces may require an additional charge and an estimate
from our lab may be needed. Originals are not re-touched. All orders are the
responsibility of the Bride. Reorders must be paid for when ordering.
Engagement Portrait Settings
If you are looking for quality engagement portraits, look no further! We can
photograph you in the studio or in that special location that means so much to
the two of you.
Location Special- $105.00
Includes locations such as home, park, or even beach, 8- 4 x 5 prints in a
leather folio and 1 hour of photography time. Four extra 4 x 5's to announce
your engagement are also included.
Studio Special- $95.00
This package includes our studio as a setting and your choice of many
backgrounds. It also includes 8- 4 x 5 prints in a leather folio and 1 hour of
photography time. You will also receive four extra 4 x 5's to announce your
engagement.

Terms of Purchase
$350.00 non refundable deposit to hold wedding date, with the first 1/2 of your
balance due 60 days prior to wedding and the balance due 30 days prior to your
wedding date. Photography by Lloydlee Heite's liability is limited to refund of
deposit*. This deposit applies towards the cost of your wedding candid or formal
portraits. If your wedding date should be changed for any reason, we will apply
your deposit towards the revised date with no penalty involved. Should we be
previously committed on that date, we will apply the deposit to formal studio
portraits which and be done at your convenience.
Additional photography time is available at $155.00/hour and must be paid for in
advance. After originals are picked up we request that your final order and
originals be returned to Photography by Lloydlee Heite within 3 weeks. Failure
to re-order pictures within 1 year of wedding date forfeits any previously
agreed on prices and packages, even if they have already been paid for.
Due to the huge amount of space and storage
costs it takes to keep your wedding images, either negatives or digital image
files, on our premises in a protective environment, we will only have them
available for you to order from for up to 2 years from your wedding date. This
includes photos and albums you have paid for and never ordered. At the end of 2
years if you would like your negatives or digital image files you can
purchase them for $250. After that date we will need to dispose of them. It is
your responsibility to make arrangements prior to 2 years if you would like your
image files or negatives.
It is agreed that likewise food be served to photographers at the beginning of
the reception. Parking is to be provided from the time photographers arrive at
the wedding till they depart from the reception.
It is agreed that rights to exclusive use of negative material and reproductions
there from are reserved at Photography by Lloydlee Heite, whether for display,
publication, or otherwise.
